STORAGE: To store bread, leave it at room temp inside its original packaging. Keep in a cool, dark place (exposure to sunlight causes the bread to sweat, creating condensation in the wrapper and eventually, mold on the loaf)
FREEZING: Freezing breads is the best way to always have freshly baked bread ready. To freeze breads, wrap them securely with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, making sure that it is airtight and that moisture will not penetrate the wrapping. You can also use zipper bags, squeezing out all the air before sealing.
You can freeze the whole loaf or preslice it so that you can remove only what you need without defrosting the whole loaf. In this instance, toasting the slices would be preferable than baking it again.
To thaw, bring the bread to room temperature, place the bread to a 350F oven for 10 minutes .
