Our Concept

Wheatberry is an artisan bakery, specializing in BREADS, CAKES & PASTRIES. To compliment these products, we are also offering coffee drinks and café food like pasta, pizza and sandwiches to name a few. It’s menu is a fusion of mostly American and Italian cuisine. Wheatberry’s interior speaks of warmth, relaxation and comfort. Since our existing outlet is located in a suburban area, away from the main road where it is usually polluted , we have an outdoor seating area and a veranda for those people who prefer dining al fresco.

Our Products

Wheatberry’s main products focuses on breads which uses natural and healthy ingredients like our herb and cheese roll & foccacia bread which uses fresh herbs. We also have breads that makes use of whole wheat flour and oat flour which is full of fiber that is good for the body. Since we do not mix our breads with a lot of improvers, which prolongs the shelf life of most bread products, we recommend that our breads be eaten within a 2 day period to ensure freshness. In line with this, we offer a 30% discount on most of our bread products 2 hours before closing to make sure that there would be no leftover breads. We would like to ensure a BAKED FRESH DAILY policy for our bread products.

For our cakes, we do not like seeing leftover icings and cakes on the plates of our guests so we make sure that our cakes are well-balanced, in such a way that the quantity of the icing compliments the cake and there’s not too much icing that overpowers the cake itself. We offer a variety of cakes to suit the tastes of our guests, we offer something fruity, something chocolatey, something healthy and something thoroughly fattening and rich.

We serve breakfast from 8am to 11am. All of our breakfast items are priced together with a refillable serving of orange juice or coffee. We have everything from pasta to pizza, to salad, soup and sandwiches and of course we also offer a few items on our menu that has rice in it, for those who are after a heavy lunch or dinner. We also market our breads like our foccacia, wheat loaf and baguette by using them in our sandwiches and soup meals.

We, at Wheatberry, take into consideration the health of our guests, so as part of our effort to help our guests stay healthy, we use only 100% vegetable oil and olive oil and we do not put MSG in our food. We also have a few items in our menu that is strictly vegetarian.
